Chef Alessandro Arnetoli, originally from Florence, brings a fresh Mediterranean approach to Marlborough. Together with his wife Susana, Alessandro has created a space where authentic Italian cuisine meets local ingredients, and warm hospitality mixes perfectly with the calm of the waterfront.

Under the guidance of Italian head chef Alessandro Arnetoli and his experienced team, the focus is simple: beautiful food made with care, served with warmth.
The kitchen is proudly and authentically Italian – everything is made in-house, from our pizza dough and pasta to sauces, breads and desserts.
The result is a menu that reflects Alessandro’s Tuscan heritage while embracing the local ingredients of Te Tau Ihu o Te Waka-a-Māui.
To complement the food, we’ve created a thoughtful drinks list featuring tailor-made cocktails, an excellent selection of Italian red wines and refreshing NZ whites.
